MAT Services offered at Columbia Basin Health Association
Provides suboxone and vivitrol medications in a medical clinic setting; same day induction is possible for highly motivated clients, otherwise induction typically occurs within 4-7 business days from initial phone contact. Polysubstance users are accepted on a case by case basis. Alcohol is not allowed and regular UA's are conducted. Primary care services are not required to receive MAT services. Counseling is required on a case by case basis. Connell and Wahluke clinics will refer to Othello clinic for suboxone induction and then follow-up can continue at those clinics for individuals that live in those areas.
