Capacity Update: Open (Mount Vernon); Full (Everett). Provides suboxone medication and outpatient SUD and MH counseling services in an office based clinical setting.  Vivitrol is available at the Mount Vernon location.  Induction typically occurs within 4-7 business days from initial phone contact.   Clients must establish outpatient counseling services with Sunrise prior to receiving MAT services.  Poly substance users are accepted on a case by case basis.  Youth ages 13-18 and pregnant women are accepted on a case by case basis.
