Provides a free, confidential and impartial counseling resource sponsored by the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner. Extensively trained volunteer advisors, located around the state, help consumers of all ages understand their health care coverage rights and options. Volunteers also offer up-to-date information on private insurance, government programs, prescription assistance and other topics.
