Provides one-on-one resources and guidance to injured workers in Washington state seeking claims from Labor and Industries. Navigates clients through the claim process and helps them understand their rights and responsibilities within Washington state's workers’ compensation system. Works to expedite claims resolution. Explains how an injured worker can protest decisions on his/her claim and gives deadlines for taking action. Provides information on job modifications. A job modification is an adjustment or alteration to the way a job is performed. The modification may be temporary during recovery or permanent.
