Provides information/referral services for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Helps families and their family members who experience a developmental disability understand and access services they are eligible to receive from DDA. Publishes a quarterly newsletter and Resource Guide. Hosts informational meetings with guest speakers on areas of interest. Provides legislative advocacy assistance. Offers a Homeownership Program with down payment assistance for first-time homebuyers who have a developmental disability or whose household includes a family member with a developmental disability.

Eligibility
No eligibility requirements for information/referral, the resource guide or newsletter. The homeownership program requires that someone with a developmental disability be a member of the household and that the family/individual meet income guidelines and be a first-time homebuyer.
