Provides diagnosis and treatment of acute sport injuries during regular clinic hours. Board Certified specialists in Primary Care Sports Medicine offer care for sports injuries.

Eligibility
Accepts University of Washington students, faculty, alumni and others who are eligible for care by UW Physicians. Those people attending short courses and conferences on campus are also eligible for care. To determine eligibility, call the UW Physicians Information Resource Line or check with your insurance company.
Fee
Fees for services. Will bill insurance companies. UW Physicians are covered as primary care providers under most insurance plans. Plans include many HMOs, preferred provider organizations (PPOs) and other managed health plans. Check with insurance company or call UW Physicians Information Resource Line.
