Provides a forum for the exchange of ideas and business contacts among gay and lesbian business owners and other professionals. Holds over 60 events per year. Publishes "The Guide," a free directory of member businesses. It includes gay and lesbian businesses specializing in: - Health - Mental health and support services - Law - Recreational activities - Political and religious organizations - Bars - Restaurants and clubs Also publishes "The Perspective," a quarterly newsletter.

Represents over 1,400 small businesses and community members. Hosts virtual networking and support events for the LGBTQ and allied community. Provides free small business consulting, including but not limited to help with cash flow analysis, assistance with SBA loans, and COVID-19 reopening guidelines. Also facilitates a scholarship for LGBTQ students.
