Call or visit in person during business hours. In order to initiate international communications, may need some basic info about the person being sought (e. g. name, last known address, birthdate, etc. )

Eligibility
International communications are limited to family members who have been separated by war or disaster. Cannot accept international communication requests when there is insufficient information to conduct a search; for genealogical research; for legal matters such as wills, child custody, etc.; for situations involving adoptions; or third party requests.
