Low-income Weatherization Program offered at Housing Authority of Skagit County

A free program to help qualified low-income homeowners make their homes safer, healthier, and more energy-efficient. Some of the weatherization measures that may be installed in homes include: Heat duct repair and sealing; Furnace tune-up, repair or replacement; Ductless heat pump installation (electric heat only); Attic, wall and floor insulation; Rodent barrier repair; Skirting repair; Water Heater repair or replacement; Kitchen and bathroom exhaust fans.
