Career and Technical Education (CTE) provides students with the skills and technology necessary for 21st-century careers through academic courses, workplace knowledge, and hands-on training. Examples of career courses include: - Marketing - Engineering - Graphic and video arts - American Sign Language - Culinary - Sports medicine - Business - Construction/woods - Material science classes Students are also served in high school career centers by specialists who help students with post-secondary education and career planning.
