Call to receive application form. Applicants required to sign a month-to-month membership agreement. Documents Required: - Photo ID - Copy of criminal background check
Eligibility
Serves people of all genders. Does not accept anyone with a conviction for a sexual offense or violent crime. Must have sustainable income and/or housing voucher. Must have completed a drug and/or alcohol treatment program or be enrolled and in compliance with a treatment program.
Fee
Rent starts at $500/month.
