Non-Emergency Medical Air Transportation offered at Angel Flight West
Arranges air travel through donated flights. Missions flown include non-emergency medical transport to far-off medical treatment, specialty camps, domestic violence relocation, assistance for military personnel, blood/organ/tissue donations, and disaster response. Trips also cover compassion-related reasons, including but not limited to travel to visit or provide care for a critically ill family member. The distance of travel is 101 miles minimum and 899 miles maximum. Requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance and potential clients must have a physician's medical release to travel. Requests are accepted on a case-by-case basis and assistance is not guaranteed.
