Legal Clinic is offered by the King County Bar Association, along with the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project. Clinic attorneys can: - Determine whether the client has a legal problem - Suggest possible options - Help answer papers, summons and requests - Provide appropriate referrals Neighborhood legal clinic attorneys have expertise in immigration law. Attorneys CANNOT give advice on criminal legal issues or provide representation on any legal matters. Eligibility
Individuals needing advice on immigration issues who are not already represented by an attorney. Clients must be 16 and older or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Serves King County residents or those who have a case filed in King County. Can potentially serve out-of-state clients by phone when the client has no alternative.
