Acts as a collaborative bridge between state agencies, schools, community-based services, the legal system, and churches through assessment and advocacy, attending family team decision making, IEP implementation, increasing connection to community for basic resources, increasing access to mental health services and helping families increase their network of support.

A non-profit organization offering support programs for kids who are most at risk for social and academic failure and have been impacted by trauma including abuse, neglect, poverty, homelessness and other life challenges. These programs provide hope and healing support for the entire family.
