Application process

To apply for a Marriage License both parties must be present and be 18 years of age or older, with photo ID. If either party is 17, they must have parental consent.

Fee

The fee for a marriage license is $36 cash only. There is also a $3 fee for a certified copy of the marriage certificate.

Eligibility

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Those that are 17 years of age must have their parents or guardian sign a release form. Applicants under 17 years of age must have permission from Juvenile Court.
