Conducts inspections, investigates complaints (including vector complaints), issues permits, and enforces regulations for retail food service establishments, temporary events, schools, camps, parks, and water recreation facilities (pools/spas).  Conducts PSP (red tide) sampling.  Administers food handler card classes and testing.
