Covid-19 Legal Services for Latinos and Native Americans offered by Northwest Justice Project Central WA
Provides free legal services for low-income Latinos and Native Americans who were affected by Covid-19. Eligibility is open to any legal area where NW Justice Project typically represents clients, including but not limited to: debt collection, including landlord/housing-related debt (rent and mortgage), medical debt, and credit card and auto debt. Also provides access to relief and traditional benefit programs (rent and mortgage); housing conditions; health care access; unemployment; Workmen’s Comp issues; educational interruption and special education needs; and Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) investigation and involvement.
