Diabetes Education and Support offered by Swedish Medical Center in First Hill at Heath Building
Provides comprehensive self-management education for pre-diabetes, diabetes and diabetes in pregnancy. Includes self-care skills, meal planning, blood-glucose testing and medication administration. Available via one-on-one instruction and/or classes. Also offers a diabetes support group. Program is recognized by the American Diabetes Association and is Medicare approved.
