Provides outpatient treatment for adults and youth. Provides DUI assessments and deferred prosecution programming. All services are provided with a recovery-based, holistic approach. May also include referrals to other MDC services. Accepts individual financial plans, Apple Health (Medicaid), and offers a sliding fee scale. Mental Health Services may include: - individual treatment - group therapy - medication management - assessment for multiple behavioral health challenges. - case management - recovery peer support. Chemical Dependency Services may include: - DUI Assessment - Outpatient - Intensive Outpatient - Opioid Treatment - MAT Services (suboxone, vivitrol) - referrals for counseling and substance use disorder.
