Provides the following services: Neighborhood Block Watch; Crime Prevention; Personal Safety Talks; Child Safety Talks; Home Security Surveys; Business Security Surveys; Fraud Prevention; Street Watch (volunteers check for speeders using radar); and Operation I.D. (fingerprinting of children for parents who wish to have them on record).
