The Clean Water Loans program will allow homeowners access to loans to replace failing septic systems. These loans are designed to pay for all costs associated with the project, including: -Septic system design -Relevant permits -Installation of the new septic system -Ongoing maintenance -Essential safety measures, such as those to prevent children from falling into septic tanks Special rates and deferred payment options may be available for homeowners with lower incomes.

One of the following must apply: - The septic system is at least 25 years old - The system is failing - Contact has been made to the household by Health Officials - Orders have been received to fix the septic system
