Provides permanent support housing for individuals who were previously chronically homeless, have a diagnosed mental illness, and earn less than 30 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI). Also provides case management tenants.

Intake is done through a coordinated entry system and must contact the Community Housing Network to access services. Applicants may also complete the assessment online at or call 509-436-9086.
Fee
Tenants pay rent on a sliding scale.
Eligibility
Must be chronically homeless and meet income guidelines.
