Shelter Services offered at Union Gospel Mission Inland Northwest's Women and Children's Crisis Shelter

Provides a crisis shelter for women and children. Can stay up to two weeks if waiting for any of these programs such as, Isabella's House, SNAP, or Ogden Hall. Mothers get single rooms, and single women share rooms up to 6 women in one room.

Eligibility

Must be single women or women with children under the age of 18 years old. Must arrive and have a BAL or positive UA but have to remain sober after that and test clean after two weeks. If single woman, must share room with 5 other women, must complete morning chores before 9am. All women must go to chapel. Must hold on to own medication. If women are asked to leave they can not return for 2 months unless they meet with the director and apologize for and acknowledge the reason for being told to leave.
