Provides support services for people with Parkinson's and others affected by the disease. Support includes: - Care consultations for resource navigation and support options - HOPE Kits for individuals and families newly or recently diagnosed - Dance classes - Peer-to-peer support program - Support group listings and leader training - Online programs (Mindfulness, yoga) - Educational conferences and Community Resource Days - Outreach to general neurologists and Movement Disorders Specialists

People living with Parkinson's, care partners, family/friends of those with Parkinson's, and service providers working with the Parkinson's community.
