Operates a skilled living facility that provides the needed assistance to seniors, including medication management and housekeeping. It is a 49-bed, long-term care facility with both private and semi-private rooms with certified nursing assistants on staff full time. Physical therapy, restorative therapy, dementia care, social services, laboratory, and radiology services are provided to residents on campus by Columbia County Health System medical providers.
