Administers the first point of entry for families and individuals who are currently homeless or at risk of becoming homeless to help them with their housing condition. Services may include assistance finding housing, rental assistance, rental deposit, transitional housing. Provides a standardized access, assessment, and referral process for housing and other services. Placement in a program is dependent on funding and program availability.
