Offers free education materials and classes to help those with limited income to prepare nutritious foods on a budget, understand healthy eating, food safety, and meal planning. Programs offered are the following: Human Nutrition, Prevention of Substance, Consumer Food Safety, Physical Activity, Aging, and Health Promotion. Programs may vary throughout the year.
