Must have an address and meet Lions Club income guidelines. If an individual is homeless, it is up to each club whether or not to accept the individual for services.

Description
Provides vision screening for persons needing glasses and seeking help for payment through the Lions Club. Client may receive contacts, scratch resistant lenses, or transition lenses only if medically necessary.
