Customer Response Team CRT offered at City of Shoreline

Provides information on city of Shoreline services.   Answers questions, solves problems and follows up on citizen concerns.   Responds to requests for service regarding roadways, traffic, sidewalks, drainage, vegetation, parks, facilities and code violations.   Enforces the Americans with Disabilities Act through ensuring that individuals with disabilities are not excluded from services, programs and activities that are inaccessible.   The phone line is monitored by staff prepared to respond to emergencies 24 hours daily.
