One time financial assistance, and care coordination support to prevent or end housing instability. Funding could include rental assistance to prevent eviction, move-in assistance, travel fare, car maintenance, or other one-time assistance to resolve housing crisis.

Eligibility

Ages 18-24 (to 25th birthday); Experiencing homelessness (staying outside, vehicle, emergency shelter) or at risk of homelessness (facing eviction, staying with friends or family, paying for a hotel); Under 80% AMI for household size; Able to sustain housing on your own after one-time assistance.
