Provides case management services by, or under the supervision of, a Geriatric Mental Health Specialist to assist clients in accessing community resources and supports to live as independently as possible. Call to apply for services. Provide the receptionist with the necessary information like payment information and reason for calling. A face-to-face meeting will then be scheduled.

Individuals 60 years and older with mental illness.

Fees depend on services requested and medical coverage. Accepts Apple Health and private insurance. Sliding scale fee available depending on individual finances.

CMHC is a comprehensive community mental health program for Lewis County residents. Counseling is available for all mental health issues.
