Participants make healthy lifestyle changes to prevent Type 2 diabetes. Trained lifestyle coaches lead classes to help participants make better food choices, increase physical activity and learn coping skills to maintain weight loss and healthy lifestyle changes.

Eligibility
Eligible beneficiaries enrolled in TRICARE 18 and older diagnosed with pre-diabetes or are at high risk for developing type 2 diabetes (per blood test).
Fee
Variable cost for series; scholarships available. Cost covered by some insurance carriers and flexible spending account funds can be used to reimburse cost.
