Offers skilled dependable workers trained in many fields including the following: - Basic yard work - Advanced gardening - Landscaping - Construction (dry walling, carpentry, painting, hauling, digging, brick masonry, tiling, demolition) - Event/party help - Housecleaning (general, move-in/move-out, deep cleaning) - Moving (assistance is limited to packing, loading and unloading) The workers are not contractors. Casa Latina workers do not provide moving trucks nor can they transport from one location to next. Client will need to provide all tools, materials, and safety equipment for the workers employed. All Casa Latina workers have received Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) training on health and safety in the work place and have their own personal protective equipment including work boots, rubberized cotton gloves, safety glasses, dust mask, and ear plugs. Workers required to lift 50 to 100 lbs. have passed a strength and agility test. All workers are screened in the national and King County sex offender registries.

Fee
The hourly wage starts at $30 per hour and may be higher, depending on the difficulty of the job and the skills required. Additional fees for worker transportation may apply. No fees for transportation if worker is picked up from the Casa Latina office. Workers can be contracted for a half day (five hour minimum), a day, a week, or permanently.
