Works through statewide partnerships to help prospective Washington home buyers learn how to purchase and maintain a home.   Seminars are free, five hours in length and cover all major aspects of the home buying process.   Programs are offered by trained professionals and do not include any direct marketing or sales presentations.

Works with participating lenders to offer home loans and down payment assistance to low- and moderate-income households through the state. Sponsors free homebuyer education seminars taught by local lenders, real-estate professionals and nonprofits. Also funds pre-purchase counseling and foreclosure counseling through nonprofit organizations statewide.
