Wellness Programs offered at Olympic Area Agency on Aging - Long Beach

Falls Prevention! - Healthy Exercise Classes- Free health classes available to older adults aged 60 and over. Programs “Bingocize”, “Tai Ji Quan Movement for Better Balance”, and “Stay Active and independent for Life (SAIL)”, allow participants to learn about the importance of exercise in preventing falls with practice exercises to improve strength, coordination, and balance. Have fun with other older adults with classes offered either online or in-person!

Olympic Area Agency on Aging, (O3A), provides a network of in-home and community services, supports, programs and assistance to older adults and adults with disabilities in Clallam, Grays Harbor, Jefferson and Pacific Counties. O3A'S multidimensional approach includes both direct and contracted service delivery; community outreach with disease prevention and health promotion; and strategies to increase access to medical, health care, and supportive services. O3A can help explore options, answer questions, and link to services.
