24-hour staffed fire stations dispatch emergency mobile medical services in life-threatening situations. Ensures fire protection and prevention services for the city of Renton, King County Fire Protection District #25 and King County Fire Protection District #40. Accepts newborn babies dropped off by the parent within 72 hours of birth. The parent shall not be prosecuted, remains anonymous and will be asked for medical history. Offers free blood pressure and blood sugar checks for the general public when firefighters are at the station and not on call.

Renton Regional Fire Authority
Renton RFA provides firefighting and emergency medical services to the communities within the City of Renton, King County Fire District #25, and King County Fire District #40. All Renton RFA firefighters are trained emergency medical technicians that provide prompt response to medical emergencies, fires and fire investigations, motor vehicle accidents, hazardous material incidents, water rescues, and specialized technical rescues. The Office of the Fire Marshal also provides citizens with commercial and residential fire inspections, fire plan review, permitting, and public education.
