Senior Nutrition Program offered at Homage Senior Services

Provides home-delivered meals and community dining services to older adults throughout Snohomish County. The Nutrition Program may provide nutrition screening, assessment, education, and counseling to eligible participants. These services help older participants identify their general and special nutrition needs, as they may relate to health concerns such as hypertension and diabetes. The Nutrition Program can also help connect individuals with food access assistance such as Basic Food benefits and the Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program and other community resources.

Fee

Suggested donation for eligible persons is $4.00 per meal. Donations may be made with cash, check, or credit card. No eligible person will be denied meals because of their inability to donate. Private pay for persons who do not meet eligibility criteria is $8.00.

Eligibility

60 and up or disabled who participate in Meals on Wheels or The Community Table Dining Program.
