Conducts all elections and maintains files for Public Disclosure. Records all public documents as well as research genealogy and process building permits and issues marriage licenses. Provides accounting services for the entire county; that includes the Public Health District, the Port District, and the Fire District.  Prepares payroll for all of the county districts.
