LGBTQ+ Education offered at Support Group Site

Educates the public in order to break down stereotypes and diffuse fear, discrimination, and misunderstanding. Members of the Speakers Bureau are available to talk about PFLAG and their individual experiences of supporting a gay, lesbian or bisexual, transgender child, sibling or friend. Panels also include gay, lesbian and bisexual individuals willing to talk about their experiences and provide workplace training. The training on the Science of Gender has been widely requested around the state. See www.pflagskagit.org for a list of topics.
