Friends of Youth provides staffed independent living homes for refugees and immigrant young adult men, ages 16-20, that support independent living skill development, education and job-seeking support, case management, coordination of medical services, mental health counseling, and legal services.

Application process
Referrals to Griffin Home are usually made through DSHS - Division of Child and Family Services. Referrals from physicians and other providers are also accepted. Call for more information.
Eligibility
Young men ages ages 16-20, who would benefit from a group living experience. Cannot accept youth who require physical restraint, who do not comply with supervision expectations or who are deemed a high risk to the community.
Fee
Sliding scale; fees may be paid by a third party.
