Offers free food access to shoppers through grocery-store style Food Markets where enrolled shoppers may visit twice per month to receive fresh, frozen and shelf-stable foods.

Application process

Fill out enrollment form online, call local Hopelink food market to schedule a short 15-minute phone appointment for registration, or visit during Food Market hours and pick up a paper application. You may still visit in person to receive food while waiting for your appointment. Enrollment must be renewed every 12 months.

Those living or experiencing homelessness in the following ZIP codes: 98004, 98005, 98006, 98007, 98008, 98009, 98011, 98012, 98014, 98015, 98019, 98021, 98024, 98027, 98028, 98029, 98033, 98034, 98039, 98040, 98045, 98052, 98053, 98065, 98075, 98072, 98073, 98074, 98075, 98077, 98133 (Shoreline only, north of 145th St), 98155, 98160, 98177 (Shoreline only, north of 145th St), 98224 and 98288 (King County only). For home delivery, must be homebound. Household income must be at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level.

Hopelink

Hopelink serves our neighbors who are experiencing homelessness and who have low income, including children, seniors, and people with disabilities who are residents of north and east King County by providing them with knowledge, tools, and resources to gain and maintain financial stability. We offer transportation services in King and Snohomish counties and provide critical social services through programs that include housing, adult education, employment, family development, financial assistance, financial coaching, energy assistance, food assistance, and a vast referral network.
