Call and ask for an Application for Exemption from Directory Assistance Charges. It must be signed by caller's health care professional or other certifying authority and returned. Form can also be downloaded from the website.

Eligibility
Must have certified vision or motion impediments AND must be unable to obtain directory listing information from another person, a resource such as Braille directory or a device such as an automatic dialer.
