Supportive Living Services offered by Jewish Family Service in Seattle
Helps adults with cognitive disabilities and mental illness live richer and more satisfying lives. Provides case management, life skills training, non-medical in-home care and pre-vocational services. Provides in-home assistance with housecleaning, meal preparation, shopping and transportation. Also offers information and referral, advocacy, access to community resources and ongoing emotional support as well as religious and recreational activities.

Fee
$40 per hour for in-home services. $120 per hour for professional case management. Mileage fees additional. Financial assistance may be available to those who qualify.
Eligibility
Adults who have a mental illness, brain injury or developmental disability or who may otherwise benefit from the services offered by the agency.
