Eye Exam and Glasses Clinic offered at Uplift Northwest
A weekly eye clinic is available for those who need an eye exam. Those who qualify receive an exam and a pair of glasses once per year. The program is run by volunteer opticians and optometrists from September through June and is funded by the Lions Sight Foundation.

Application process
Call and leave a voicemail including name and phone number. Calls will be returned within 48 hours to schedule an appointment. An appointment may also be scheduled via email. Appointments are usually booked 1-2 months in advance. Program runs from September through June each year.

Eligibility
Anyone who does not have any kind of medical insurance that covers glasses or vision screening. Must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
