Offers comprehensive patient- and family-centered primary care including -  Annual check-ups and complete physicals   -  Care for acute illnesses such as coughs, colds, flus and infections   -  Care for chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease   -  Screening and lab tests   -  Care for sprains, strains and musculoskeletal pain, including backache   -  Preventive healthcare such as immunizations   -  Routine gynecological services and obstetrical care   -  Integrated behavioral health services   -  Treatment of skin problems such as rashes, acne and warts   -  Radiology, labs and other diagnostic services    Makes referrals to medical specialists when necessary.

No restrictions.

Fee

Accepts Medicare, self-pay and many health insurance plans.   WA Apple Health (Medicaid) is accepted for established patients, dependents of established patients and patients who are referred by a UW physician only. Financial assistance available for medically necessary care.
