Does not provide emergency services or crisis response. King County residents age 55 and older who are at risk due to experiencing cognitive, mental health, and/or substance use issues that require clinical assessment to determine a plan for support.

Provides information on legal topics including end-of-life planning and coordinates an elder law clinic. Offers health and wellness programs.
