Focuses on educating and informing the community about developmental disabilities (DD) and related services in Okanogan County, including subcontracting and oversight of Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) Supported Employment and Community Inclusion programs; and the Parent to Parent program for parents of children with special needs.

Okanogan County residents with developmental disabilities and their families. DDA services are only available to DDA enrolled individuals.

Our mission is to provide holistic behavioral health services that promote wellness and sustain recovery in Okanogan County, including: 24-7 Crisis Response by calling 1-866-826-6191; Outpatient treatment, care and recovery support for long-term and short-term mental and emotional health conditions and substance use disorders; Behavioral health treatment and care for children and adolescents. Shove House residence for homeless individuals in recovery. Highland Center drop-in recovery support center; and information and referral for developmental disabilities. OBHC is a 501C3 nonprofit organization.
