Provides limited assistance with utilities, bus fare and gas vouchers depending upon funding availability. Must have proof of address within parish boundaries. Bus tickets are for local transit buses. No Rental assistance available. See eligibility for parish boundaries. Utility assistance may be up to the last $250 dollars of the bill. Utility assistance may be provided once in a 12 month period.

Must live within St. Patrick's parish boundaries, zip codes 98403 (all) and 98406 (a portion). St. Patrick's Parish boundaries are the North side of 6th Ave, to N 32nd St.; N Orchard St to Commencement Bay.
