Supports the financial capability of individuals with disabilities by helping improve credit, reduce debt, gain access to appropriate financial services, and increase savings. Program begins with a financial well-being assessment to reveal overall status of the client's finances. Financial assessments can be made over the phone. Other plan components may include - Benefits planning - Financial Counseling - Credit education - Group financial education - Individual progress tracking
