4-H Youth Development offered at WSU Chelan and Douglas County Extension
Provides youth clubs to learn life skills through project activity, community service, and leadership. Membership is open to boys and girls from 5-19 years of age. Clubs are led by screened and trained volunteers. The program helps youth develop self-confidence, self-esteem, and basic life skills.
